I've been a builder in Hardin County since 1978 and have always taken great pride in my workmanship. I have had many repeat home owners that are moving up to a bigger home, and in some cases a smaller handicap accessible home.

Building Your Own Dream Home

Half of what I build are custom homes. I'm on the site and can discuss the building procedures and any changes that you might need on your home.

If you need to figure out what kind of budget you can afford use the (calculator). The second step is to deliberate on the features you can't live without, and finally you choose a site and house plan. I will then create a contract stating all the features along with pricing.

Homes Now Being Built

Mountain View Estates is located in Vine Grove, Kentucky (Map) and was developed in 2006. Homes being built now will give you the advantage of picking out your own personal preferences. Depending on the stage of building, you can pick out your own cabinets, floor coverings, lighting and paint colors. My homes usually have more features than the normal home in the base price (New Homes).
